LWE Product Guarantee, Aftercare & Returns Policy

Product Guarantees

At Lighting Warehouse & Electrical Ltd. (LWE), we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality lighting and electrical products. All items are backed by robust guarantees against manufacturing defects when used under normal domestic conditions, provided products have not been misused or neglected, and have been maintained according to our care guidelines.

Serviceable and moving components are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase, as they are subject to expected wear and tear. Each product range is clearly labelled with its specific guarantee. All guarantees commence from the date of original purchase and are non-transferable.

Our guarantee applies to the replacement of faulty parts or equivalent products only. It does not cover installation labour or any incidental expenses. Additionally, we guarantee the finish on chrome and stainless-steel items supplied by LWE.

All lighting fittings, switches, sockets, and accessories include a minimum 12-month guarantee covering defects in materials or workmanship. Components that naturally degrade over time—such as seals, clips, or plastic fittings—are also covered for a period of 12 months.

Product Specification Terms & Conditions

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, LWE reserves the right to amend product specifications without prior notice. We strongly recommend that installation preparations are not made until the product has been received and inspected.

Due to ongoing global supply chain fluctuations, prices may be reviewed and are subject to change at any point prior to dispatch.

Product colours and finishes shown in our printed brochures or online store are represented as accurately as possible, though slight variations may occur due to printing and digital display limitations.

Returns & Reporting Issues

Any shortages or damages discovered upon delivery must be reported to our sales or technical support team within 72 hours. Supporting photographs may be requested to validate claims.

Please note that products which have already been installed or fitted will not be accepted for return unless a manufacturing fault is confirmed. In such cases, the appropriate product guarantee will apply.
